Mom’s Chili Super Fast!
This recipe is so simple and quick. Makes enough for the whole family and then lunch the next day.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 (15 oz.) cans of Hormel Chili with Beans
- 1 can Rotel Original
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef, drain if needed.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add the cans of tomato sauce and the Rotel.
- Add water—I fill 1 tomato can up with water and add that, which is about 2 cups. Depending on your taste you can also add another can of water for a thinner soup, but it will have a richer taste with only 1 can.
- Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 15 minutes. Eazy-Peezy!
Notes
To stretch this recipe for a crowd, add another pound of ground beef, another can of tomato sauce, and 1-2 cups water.
