Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 (15 oz.) cans of Hormel Chili with Beans
  • 1 can Rotel Original
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef, drain if needed.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cans of tomato sauce and the Rotel.
  4. Add water—I fill 1 tomato can up with water and add that, which is about 2 cups. Depending on your taste you can also add another can of water for a thinner soup, but it will have a richer taste with only 1 can.
  5. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 15 minutes. Eazy-Peezy!

Notes

To stretch this recipe for a crowd, add another pound of ground beef, another can of tomato sauce, and 1-2 cups water.
