Ingredients

  • 12 eggs (hard boiled, and peeled)
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 4 slices bacon (fried and cut into small pieces or crumbles)
  • 2 tbsp. finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop up eggs and place them into a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in crumbled bacon pieces and cheddar cheese.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
  4. *This is also a great recipe for deviled eggs.
