Bacon Cheddar Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 12 eggs (hard boiled, and peeled)
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 4 slices bacon (fried and cut into small pieces or crumbles)
- 2 tbsp. finely shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop up eggs and place them into a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Stir in crumbled bacon pieces and cheddar cheese.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- *This is also a great recipe for deviled eggs.
